Ithaca Police have arrested the suspect named in a shooting that took place on February 4th at Cayuga Gardens in the City of Ithaca.
On Sunday, April 2nd, an officer from the Ithaca Police Department observed the suspect named in the shooting driving in the 300 block of Elmira Road in the city. Officers stopped the vehicle and were able to arrest 31 year old Robert S. Brewer of Ithaca, without incident.
Brewer has been charged with Burglary in the 1st, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd, and Assault in the 2nd, all Felonies.
He was arraigned in Ithaca City Court and remanded to Tompkins County Jail on $100,000 cash and $100,000 dollars bond.
