An 18-year old from Ithaca is accused of shooting a man in the face at Five Guys Burgers last week. According to the Ithaca Police Benevolent Association, the victim faces a long recovery. Troy Washington was arrested Friday without incident, and police say a gun was found where Washington was staying. He was arraigned and jailed awaiting $100-thousand bail.
