Local News

Officials gathered yesterday (October 4) at Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport to celebrate the start of direct, non-stop air service between Ithaca and Washington/Dulles Airport via United Airlines.

The first United flight from Dulles arrived at 1:45 yesterday afternoon – the first of two round-trip flights per day that will travel between Ithaca and Washington D.C.

The Airport’s goal is to eventually expand Ithaca-to-Dulles service to four round-trip flights per day.
