Investigation at Citgo Gas Station Leads to DWI Charge For Cortland Man

Around 2:30 in the morning on January 31, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office conducted a field investigation at the Citgo Gas Station at the corner of Webb Road and Route 13 in Cortlandville.

On scene, officers located 21 year old Jordon E. Quarella of Cortland. Officers later determined Quarella was operating his vehicle while he was intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with DWI, a Misdemeanor, and Uninspected Motor Vehicle, an infraction.

Quarella was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and was later released on an appearance ticket. He is due in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
