Hospice Foundation of Cortland County Annual Light of my Life This Friday

The Hospice Foundation of Cortland County’s annual Light of my Life will take place this Friday, December 5th on the Homer Village Green beginning at 6:30pm. The annual event is a countdown to the tree lighting ceremony, but also displays names honoring loved ones who are no longer with us.

The foundation says there will also be cookies and hot chocolate and holiday music by the Bible Baptist Church, the Wassailing Group, and WXHC, X101. Santa will also make a visit with help from the Homer Fire Department. Homer Police added the Grinch may also make an appearance.

The memory boards will be on display on the Village Green throughout the month and into early January.
