Around 3 in the morning Wednesday, August 2nd, officer’s from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a location on Route 13 in Cortlandville for a reported disturbance.
An investigation conducted by officers found 40 year old Stacey R. Randall of Homer, engaged in a physical altercation with another person inside a recreational vehicle all while in the presence of a minor.
Randall was arrested and charged by officers with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Misdemeanor. She was taken to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office for processing, arraigned and later released on her own recognizance. Randall is due to appear in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
