New York State Police have arrested a Homer woman after responding to a reported larceny at Walmart on Bennie Rd. in the Town of Cortlandville.
Through an investigation, Troopers found that 37 year old Ashley L. Jenkins of Homer, failed to scan over $1,000 dollars worth of items while in the self check-out in the store.
She was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny, 4th degree. Jenkins was processed at SP Homer and was later released on appearance tickets to Cortlandville Town Court at a later date.
