The Homer Board of Trustees could vote Tuesday night to move village offices from its current location on Main Street.
The Trustees Building Committee last month recommended the former Lackawanna Railroad Freight House at 44 James Street.
Senator Jim Seward helped the village secure NYS Dormitory Authority grant money for the purchase, and the village has money set aside that can be used for renovations.
The meeting begins at 6 at the Homer Community Building.
City of Cortland Common Council
The Common Council of the City of Cortland is also scheduled to meet Tuesday night, beginning at 7 pm.
