The 7-1 Trojans will face the very evenly matched 7-1 Blue Devils for the Semifinals of the Section 3 Class B Championship. Homer Coach Gary Podsiedlik describes the feeling of the Trojans having a record number of games at home this season.
We’re excited that we get this playoff game at home, first time in school history. This will be our sixth home game in the season, we’ve never had more than five. But earning the playoff home games really makes that fun. The senior class six of their nine games up to this point at home. Pretty good deal for the Homer High School Trojans, said Podsiedlik.
Kickoff for the game gets underway at 7 PM with a 6:50 pregame featuring Cam Manna and Max Dorsey on the call.
