A Homer man was arrested just before 2:00 Monday (September 2) afternoon, following a domestic dispute where he reportedly caused injuries to both a woman and their infant child.
After the dispute occurred, 32-year-old Christopher Francis was driving the woman and child to Guthrie Cortland Medical Center when he intentionally damaged the vehicle they were traveling in.
Responding officers with the Cortland Sheriff’s Department located the vehicle and took Francis into custody without incident.
He was remanded to CCJ on $2500/5,000 and given a return date to Homer court on September 17.
Both the woman and her child were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
