State Police from Homer, Investigators and Computer Crimes officers acted Friday on a tip to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Troopers arrested David Melroy III, 27, of Homer. Melroy faces felony charges of Possessing Sexual Performance by a child.
Troopers say he had images consistent with child sexual exploitation from the internet.
Melroy is scheduled to appear in Scott Town Court on March 1.
