The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a harassment complaint back on July 31st on Forest Drive in Cortlandville.
An investigation by officers found 27 year old Ereik L. Alexander of Homer, had violated a full stay away order of protection he had against two people when he was at the residence of where the two protected persons were located.
Alexander had left the scene before officers arrived. He was eventually located the next day and arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd, a Misdemeanor. Alexander was transported to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and later released on his own recognizance.
