Homer Farmers Market Accepting Vendor Applications

In just a few months, the weather will be warmer, days longer, and the return of the ever popular Homer Farmers Market will be here. With that, the Homer Regional Farmers Market is now accepting applications for their season with applications due by March 28th.

The Homer Regional Farmers Market will begin on Saturday, 24th and run until the end of October. The market will be open from 9am to noon at the corner of Main Street and Cayuga Street in front of the Homer Center for the Arts in the Village of Homer.

All applications will be reviewed by the committee with a decision made by April 1st. Organizers say applications will be based on a variety of factors including the goods being sold, number of markets committed to attend, and if the applicant is a reliable returning vendor from a previous year. Any vendors that are accepted will be required to sign a contract.
