Homer Business Group Sponsoring Candidate Forum

Voters in the upcoming homer village elections have an opportunity to ask the trustee candidates questions and hear where they stand on local issues of concern

The Homer Business Association is hosting a candidate forum for the upcoming village elections.

The forum will be held on Tuesday, March 8th at 7 PM at the Center for the Arts of Homer.

There are five candidates seeking two seats on the Village Board. Suzanne Riley, Patrick Clune, and Andy Brush have agreed to participate. Republican Ed Finkbeiner is also running for a seat along with Democrat Janet Steck.

Candidate will make a five-minute statement followed by a question and answer period.

The organizers recommend the public arrive early to allow for the submittal and collection of questions.
