Homeless Man Arrested After Stealing Over $1,000 of Merchandise From Walmart
On Sunday morning, May 18th, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart in Cortlandville for a reported larceny. Responding officers to the store learned a man had stolen merchandise from the store and fled in a vehicle.
