The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Watch, which is in effect from Sunday (February 24) afternoon through Monday morning.
They say we can expect sustained winds of at least 30-40 mph, with gusts of 60 mph or more.
That’s strong enough to create potentially dangerous high-wind events like downed trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are also possible at that point.
Travel could be even be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
