Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Heritage Realty has announced that the company has purchased Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices CNY Realty. The purchase will expand Heritage Realty and CNY Realty with eleven offices in the Finger Lakes, Central New York, and Northern New York Regions.
“Although this physically expands our business, I am most excited about expanding our family-style office culture, our commitment to putting clients first, and our passion for community involvement,” said Dana Decker, Owner and Principal Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Heritage Realty. “We are looking forward to learning from each other and the opportunities this partnership presents.”
Dan Harnett, owner CNY Realty said when he was looking into retirement and the next steps needed, he said it was clear to partner with Dana Decker on the transition and will leave his business in the hands of a great leader.
Berkshire Hathaway Heritage Realty says both companies will continue operations with their sales professionals and will continue to provide the community with skills needed to seamlessly conduct home, land, and commercial property purchases and sales transactions.
