Here Comes the Bride! At Blessed Bridal & Body
Weddings are stressful, and not to mention, expensive. Months of planning, scrapbooks and magazines, all leading to one perfect day. Finding the perfect dress is just one of the many tasks that while a memorable experience, can be one of the most stressful.

Combining her experience as a licensed massage therapist with her new mission to help the Brides-to-be find their dress at an affordable price, Valerie Suk has started a new business you can find at 4 Main Street in Cortland: Blessed Bridal & Body. Open Wednesdays through Saturdays 10am to 4pm, as well as by appointment.

Acquiring inventory from her long time friend who was moving towards retirement, Val offers not only wedding dresses, but dresses for any formal occasion and tuxedo rentals or purchases through their partnership with Jim’s Formal Wear. And for those who need to decompress, Valerie can conduct massage therapy appointments at both Blessed Bridal & Body in Cortland and at the Virgil Community Living Center at 1208 Church Street.
What’s coming up for the blossoming business? February 28th, join Valerie and the Cortland Area Chamber of Commerce for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to officially welcome her business into the Cortland Community at 2pm. But that’s not all! Coming up on Saturday March 8th, they will be hosting their first annual Wedding Expo and Bridal Showcase at the Virgil Community Living Center from 9am to 3pm. See the latest in wedding fashion, music, jewelry, and more all under one roof, and don’t miss the fashion show at 1pm! Vendor openings are still available.
