If you could use some help with your heating bills, Cortland County reminds you that the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) has issued a second emergency heating benefit, and extended the heating award season to April 29th.
If you have any HEAP questions, and are 60 and older, call the Cortland County Area Agency on Aging at 607-753-5060 and if under 60, the Cortland County DSS can help at 607-428-5400.
