Meet the founders:

Franchise owners, Heather and Mike Wiese have been staples in this community for years. Mike is currently the Superintendent of Public Works for the City of Cortland and has done several community oriented projects throughout the years. One such project, he was part of SUNY Cortland’s $50 million Student Life Center Construction Project in 2014.

PLN works to combine convenience with expert guidance and high quality ingredients to all their meals, no more excuses for eating terrible food! Heather emphasizes that her personal mission with this storefront is to create a supportive environment with surrounding local businesses. Connecting with local residents and community members is extremely important to them and it shows. In fact, you may have seen them hosting pop-up events at numerous Cortland and Ithaca hubs; including the J.M. McDonald Sports Complex, McNeil & Co., to Orangetheory Fitness. Their goal is to not only provide convenient meal solutions but also to inspire and empower everyone to embrace a healthier lifestyle.

For those who are interested, now is the time to become a founding member at PLN Cortland. Founding members get $20 off all orders for life, 10% off 1st Phorm supplements (supports health and performance), as well as an invitation to an exclusive event before their doors open to the public.

Once they open their doors on April 19th, their hours will be Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM & Saturday-Sunday 9AM-3PM.

Are you passionate about health, wellness, and helping others live their best lives? You’re in luck, employment opportunities are also available. They are looking for energetic team members to help spread their mission and serve the community.
