More developments in the controversial race for the 22nd Congressional District.
Additional time was granted for both Claudia Tenney and Anthony Brindisi to file legal motions in the disputed absentee count.
Chenango County apparently found 55 early votes that had not yet been counted — 44 were deemed countable and 11 got tossed because they were from unregistered voters.
The last known margin between the two candidates was just 12 votes.
Hundreds are still being challenged by both sides.
This race is likely to last well into December, as proceedings continue in state supreme court.
