Have you noticed those slight changes in the trees throughout the Cortland County area recently? According to I love NY, our area has just begun to change as the Fall season moves in with the assistance of cooler, wetter weather.
Currently, volunteer spotters in the Cortland area report a 5% change in the trees, with some muted fall shades now emerging.
In the Adirondacks, it is expected that nearly all of the trees will be transformed in the fall colors of red, yellow, and orange this upcoming weekend.
