Harford Man Arrested For Possession of Controlled Substance

Officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a trespass complaint back on August 19th around 10:15 at night on Lacey Road in the Town of Harford.

During the course of the investigation, a suspect of trespassing, 33 year old James F. Decker of Harford, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Officers arrested and charged Decker with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th, a Misdemeanor.

Decker was transported to the Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and later released on an appearance ticket. He is due in Harford Town Court next month.
