Guthrie Cortland Medical Center has relocated their rehabilitation services from the third floor to now the first floor to better accommodate their patients.

The relocation will help make the hospital outpatient accessibility easier with the department now located adjacent to the hospital’s main entrance.

“This relocation completes a process we started last year, when we moved all outpatient rehab services from the Fisher Ave. building in Cortland to the hospital,” said Scott Mayberry, Director of Rehabilitation and Respiratory Care. “We hope the ability to receive all our services under one roof, in an area more accessible to individuals with mobility issues, will enhance the experience for our patients.”

All services will continue in the new location, which include:

Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Speech Language Pathology services
Specialties offered include, but are not limited to:
Swallowing evaluations
Post-concussion rehab
Vision rehab
Orthopedic and sports medicine
Specialty PT intervention for Parkinson’s patients
Pelvic floor/women’s health interventions
Pediatrics
