The Guthrie Cortland Medical Center has announced work has wrapped up on a Serenity Garden located at the facility’s Renzi Cancer Center.
The endeavor is a gift from the Yaman Family Foundation, which is part of the Cortland Memorial Foundation’s Cancer Center Campaign. The garden runs the full length of the cancer center, offering a pleasant view for those undergoing treatment inside.
The Serenity Garden also includes two new trees planted in honor of former Cortland Memorial Foundation Director Deborah Nadolski and the Cancer Center’s namesake and major donor Nicholas Renzi.
