Guthrie Cortland Medical Center has for the second year in a row, earned a 5-star rating for stroke treatment. The hospital also earned a 5-star rating for bowel obstruction treatment. The Guthrie Clinic says in total, they have recently earned 27 specialty awards and ratings from Healthgrades for 2026.
