Guthrie Cortland Medical Center Celebrates First Newborn of 2024

The Guthrie Cortland Medical Center Labor and Delivery Team is celebrating the first newborn of the New Year at the hospital. Nicole and Pablo of Wyalusing PA introduced baby Ivy at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center at 9am on New Year’s Day.

Baby Ivy came in weighing 7 pounds, 14.5 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. Ivy was the first baby born throughout the Guthrie system. Guthrie was recently recognized for its labor and delivery teams by Healthgrades, a leading resource consumers use in finding a hospital or doctor.
