The Guthrie Cortland Medical Center is inviting Cortland residents to the hospital’s Wellness Wednesday, taking place at the Medical Center lobby today, August 2nd, from 10:30 to 11:30am.
Patients and visitors will be able to listen to the music from two classically trained violinists from Symphonia as part of its Healing Harmonies Program.
From 11 to 11:30 in the cafeteria will be Medicine on the Menu, a healthy eating tips class from Registered Dietician Siena Senn.
