Guthrie Cortland Medical Center has announced that MASH (Medical Academy of Science and Health) camp has returned for the first time since the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The camp invites high school students from districts throughout the region who are interested in health care and have an interest for knowledge.
MASH is a two-day event that begins tomorrow, Wednesday, July 19th and then Thursday, July 20th. The two days will offer students a glimpse into the world of caregivers and have the opportunity to learn about what they do and their roles in healthcare.
Students will experience hands-on demonstrations and listen to experts in a variety of disciplines that include: the emergency department, operating room, laboratory, imaging, cardiac rehab, respiratory, maternity and more.
