Guthrie Confirms Partnership With McNeil Development at West Road Redevelopment

It’s official, Guthrie has confirmed with X101 that it is partnering with McNeil Development on the medical office building renovations at the former JM Murray Day Habilitation Center and Offices at 4057 West Road (Route 281) in Cortlandville.

Guthrie says once the redevelopment of the property is completed (expected by or before October 2024) the office will be the home to multiple Guthrie providers. Additional details will be provided next month Guthrie says, where leaders will be on hand to discuss the positive impact the medical office building will have on the community.
