Guthrie Announces 3rd Annual Kids Costume Contest During Pumpkinfest

Guthrie says their 3rd annual Kids Costume Contest will again return during the Great Cortland Pumpkinfest this weekend on Saturday, October 4th with costume judging beginning at 11am on the County Courthouse steps at Courthouse Park in Cortland. Prizes will be awarded to the top three costumes, Guthrie says.

Guthrie says families are welcome to join for the contest and says it allows children to show their creativity and Halloween spirit. Pre-registration is not required, Guthrie says, but is appreciated.
