Groton Ave Parking Lot Work Expected to Wrap Up This Week

More parking spaces are expected to open soon as work on the Groton Ave parking lot is wrapping up. Crown City Rising reports construction crews have begun to pave the final layer to the newly rebuilt parking lot and striping taking place afterwards.

The newly reworked parking lot took a little over a month to complete and will have a single entryway from Groton Ave, but will have an increase of 50 parking spaces, consolidated dumpsters, and better lighting and drainage.

Last week, the first half of the newly reconstructed parking lot was opened to the public.
