This Saturday, August 26th from 1 to 5pm in Montgomery Park in the Village of Dryden will be Groovin’ in the Park, a day to celebrate 50 years of Dryden history with a summer party for the entire family.
The party will include music from Miss Angie, Stories with Pete the Cat and Bluey, a hula hoop contest, live music and the sounds of the 70s with City Limits, food and drinks from area restaurants and breweries, a scavenger hunt, face painting, and more!
Groovin’ in the Park is sponsored by the Southworth Library Association, the Town of Dryden, The Rosen Library Fund of the Community Foundation of Tompkins County, the Statewide Community Regrants program from the New York State Council on the Arts, with the support of the office of the Governor and NYS Legislature, and from the Tompkins County government administered by the Community Arts Partnership of Tompkins County .
