Cortland’s Grindstone Cafè to Close after Nine Months in Business

Local News

After less than a year in business, the Grindstone Cafè on Main Street in Cortland will close its doors permanently after this Saturday (December 14).

Company officials made that announcement on Facebook, saying “we want to thank everyone for your loyalty and business, and we are certainly sad to go.”

Grindstone Cafè was a sister location of the Auburn-based New Hope Mills Cafè, which first opened back in March.

New Hope Mills Cafè will remain open at 181 York Street in Auburn.
