The Cortland County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Saturday, September 18th around 1 in the morning for a vehicle with multiple traffic violations.
During the investigation, it was determined that the operator of the vehicle, 51 year old Andrew J. Hulslander of Genoa NY was driving intoxicated and without a valid license.
He was arrested by officers and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1st, a felony, Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and several traffic infractions.
Hulslander was processed and released on his own recognizance.
