Cortland women’s basketball senior forward/guard Nyia Longford (Medford/Longwood) and men’s basketball senior forward/guard Austin Grunder (Trumansburg/Charles O. Dickerson) have been selected to D3hoops.com all-region teams in their respective sports for the 2022-23 season. Longford was a second-team all-region honoree on the women’s side and Grunder was a first-team selection on the men’s side, each in Region 3.
