Freeville Man Facing Criminal Trespass Charge by State Police

Troopers from the State Police Barracks in Ithaca responded to Graham Road in Ithaca for a reported burglary back on November 23rd. State Police say following an investigation into the burglary, they determined 21 Caleb Wolf of Freeville, had entered the residence without the owners permission.

Wolf was located and arrested on December 4th on the charge of Criminal Trespass in the 2nd, a Misdemeanor. Wolf was processed at SP Ithaca and later issued an appearance ticket. He is due in Lansing Town Court later this month.
