Officers responded for a welfare check of a woman parked in a lot of a business on Route 11 in Cortlandville around 10 in the morning on Saturday, September 2nd.
The woman was identified as 27 year old Tori L. Homza of Freetown. During their investigation, officers found Homza to be in possession of drugs. She was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th, a Misdemeanor.
She was transported to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office where she was processed and later released with an appearance ticket. Homza is expected to appear in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
