A man from Freetown faces felony Sexual Abuse charges, plus misdemeanors of Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a child.
Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies say 47-year old Jerry Smith inappropriately touched a 15 year old and a 12 year old he was supposed to watch on April 18 at his home.
Smith was arrested Tuesday, released, and is due back in Freetown court on May 25.
