One group well deserving of praise this Thanksgiving: The men and women who make up our local police, fire and EMS teams.
In what’s become an annual tradition over recent years, Dryden Ambulance will host a free meal tomorrow for any first responders in the area forced to miss another holiday dinner with their families.
Anyone who has the time during their shift can stop in for a break at the station, 26 North Street in Dryden.
For those unable to leave their posts, takeout and delivery orders can also be made by calling 607-844-8124.
Food was donated by Dryden resident Shirley Price and Clark’s Food Market, complete with turkey, stuffing and all the fixings.
“Dryden Fire and Ambulance encourages everyone to be safe and take extra precautions during this unprecedented time. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone! We’re here if you need us!”
