Cortland senior wide receiver Cole Burgess (Greenwich) has been selected as the Empire 8 Football Co-Offensive Player of the Week and junior Mike Baloga (New Windsor/Cornwall) has been chosen as the league’s Special Teams Player of the Week for their performances during Cortland’s 73-7 win at Hartwick on Oct. 28.
