Five Guys Burgers & Fries Coming to Cortlandville – Opening Planned For 2026

In addition to the Jersey Mike’s Sub, Five Guys Burgers and Fries will also open a location in the Town of Cortlandville. Five Guys will open at 879 Route 13 in Cortlandville on the busy Route 13 corridor. Route 13 in Cortlandville has seen recent growth with the addition of a 7 Brew, renovated Splash Car Wash, the former Salvation Army Store, and the construction of the new small shopping plaza at 879 Route 13.

Reports also indicate the Cortlandville Crossing Plaza at 848-854 Route 13 has been recently sold with the property now “under contract.” X101 News has reached out for additional information. Cortlandville Crossing is best known for the former Kmart Store, which closed in 2017.

Five Guys is expected to open sometime mid to late-2026. The building on the property of 879 Route 13 is now under construction. Two spaces are still available for lease, according to Caliber Commercial Brokerage.
