The Homer Fireman Field Days kickoff tomorrow, Friday, June 9th behind the Homer Fire Station in the Village of Homer and goes through Saturday, June 10th.
Music will begin tomorrow at 7pm with Trickshot. For Saturday, the famous Fireman parade will begin in the Village of Homer at 6pm and afterwards at 7pm will be Chasing Neon performing.
For the kids, there will be an opportunity to ride in a fire truck (just look for the tent on the Village Green or in front of the fire station) and the maze at the basketball courts on Saturday from 11am to 3pm.
This year there will not be any rides due to issues finding a vendor, but food trucks from Smash me 607 and Fire Dawgs will be on site. More information can be found at the Homer Fire Departments Facebook page.
