On Tuesday, January 3rd, the Spafford and Borodino Fire Departments responded to a call of a structure fire in a shed not attached to the residence at 60 East Lake Road (Route 41).
Upon arrival, Spafford firefighters found a fully engulfed shed, which housed a wood boiler and split wood. Firefighters were able to knock out the fire quickly. The shed was a total loss.
Assisting the Spafford and Borodino Fire Departments were Skaneateles, Amber and Homer Fire Departments. No injuries were reported.
