Sentencing for a guilty plea to felony DWI Tuesday in Cortland County Court.
Back in September, State Police officers stopped Eugene Patterson, 59, of McGraw, after observing he had trouble keeping his pickup truck on the right side of West Academy Street in his hometown.
Patterson pleaded guilty to what the prosecutor said is his fourth drinking and driving arrest.
Public Defender Tom Miller told Judge David Alexander that Patterson has entered an alcohol treatment program.
Patterson was sentenced to six months in the Cortland County Jail, which he may have served already, plus five years probation.
