FDA Announces Recall of Puree Pouches for Children due to Elevated Lead Levels

The FDA is advising parents and caregivers to not purchase or feed WanaBana Apple Cinnamon Fruit Puree Pouches to children because they may contain elevated levels of lead.

This affects all lot codes and expiration dates. WanaBana is voluntarily recalling all WanaBana Apple Cinnamon Fruit Puree Pouches regardless of expiration date. Children who have consumed the product should be seen by their healthcare provider, and may need a blood test.
