Family Health Network Warning of Fake Phone Calls

The Family Health Network (FHN) is warning their patients of a reported scam phone call taking place. FHN says they’ve been informed by some of their patients, mainly those who visit their Moravia Health Center, of receiving fake phone calls requesting personal information. FHN says the scam phone calls appear to come from their office.

FHN says their staff will never request personal, financial, or insurance information through an unsolicited phone call. Patients who receive a call that seems unusual, FHN says do not answer it. Patients should then call their office directly to verify.
