New York State Police say they have arrested 34 year old Matthew R. Grady of Cortland back on October 5th after an investigation was opened after a complaint of an employee stealing from the Beer Depot on Tompkins Street in Cortland.
State Police say the investigation began back in August of 2021. The investigation found Grady had stolen over $5,000 dollars from the business. Troopers charged Grady with Grand Larceny in the 3rd, a Felony.
He was transported to SP Homer and then transported to Cortland County Jail for arraignment and processing.
