Easter Events Happening This Weekend

With Easter just over a week away, there are several events happening tomorrow offering family fun in anticipation of the holiday.

The Annual Easter Egg hunt hosted by the Cortland Youth Bureau and Cortland YMCA at Suggett Park begins tomorrow at 10am sharp. There will be a special appearance by the Easter Bunny, pony rides, and prizes for kids 10 and under. Parking is limited, so plan to arrive a bit early, and make sure you dress warmly and bring an umbrella. It is also asked that everyone brings their own basket.

Another event tomorrow beginning at 11am until 3pm is the Annual Easter Family Fun Day sponsored by the 1890 House Museum and the Kiwanis Club of Cortland. Taking place at the 1890 House, join them for crafts, refreshments, raffle baskets, and a tea party. Wearing your best Alice in Wonderland costume is encouraged. $5 per person and children 2 and under are free.
