Back on January 11th of this year, officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Dunkin’ Donuts at 927 Route 13 in Cortlandville for a reported larceny.
An investigation by officers found that 21 year old Mekhi J. Neely of McGraw, has stolen $50 from the cash register while he was an employee at the store. In March of this year, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Just after 2:40 in the morning on November 11th, Neely was found by officers and arrested for the charge of Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor. He was transported to the Cortland County Jail for processing and arraignment through the Centralized Arraignment Process. Neely was arraigned and later released on his own recognizance.
